FEATURED PROGRAM:
Take a "Blue Back Book Break" on the first Monday each month at 12:15 p.m. to talk about good books at the Noah Webster Library at Blue Back Square.
Here's how it works. Select one book you have read, have enjoyed, and would like to recommend to others. Any book will do, old or new, fiction or non-fiction, as long as it's a good one.
But keep your selection a secret! Bring your book with you, but keep it concealed. When it's your turn, you'll unveil it, then have a few minutes to share the joys of your book with others.
If you don't have a book to recommend, please come to the discussion anyway. There is a really good chance you'll leave knowing what book you want to read next!
Bring your own bag lunch, if you like. Free parking for book group attendees who park in the Isham Garage -- bring your ticket to the meeting for validation. Meetings typically end around 1:00 p.m. Please call the library at 860-561-6998 for more information.
